Our production capacities

In order to meet every kind of requirement, the ITI group possesses expertise and production capacities in a large number of specialist areas. Always concerned to meet its customers’ requirements, the industrial group is able to manufacture parts from blueprints as well as subassemblies and assemblies, regardless of the size of the parts produced.

MACHINING-MILLING CENTRE

Since 1989, the ITI group cultivates its know-how in precision mechanics, constantly developing and perfecting its skills. With agility a constant aim, ITI has developed the ability to respond to any request, whatever the dimensions and the raw material, for any length of production run.

BAR TURNING

The ITI group makes traditional turned parts, in diameters ranging from Ø 04 to Ø 60 mm, in medium and long runs. Another of the group's specialities is machining on any metal.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION AND BOILERMAKING

The ITI is present in all the industrial sheet metal trades, including laser cutting and mechanised welding.

BLANKING AND STAMPING

The ITI group is also specialised in blanking and stamping. The majority of our dies are produced in-house in our machining plants.

ASSEMBLY OF SUBASSEMBLIES AND ASSEMBLIES

Since it was created in 1989, the ITI group has specialised in the assembly of assemblies and subassemblies, in line with its constant concern to provide the customer with a global service.

QUALITY CONTROL EQUIPMENT

Quality control is an essential step in in the production and/or assembly of mechanical parts. The ITI group operates a quality management system adapted to its structure and based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
